Hygge Fest in Andersonville

 

It's cold. It's snowy. Time to get COZY. Join our ENJOY Andersonville location and the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce for HYGGE FEST from Friday, February 4, through Sunday, February 6, 2022 The Danish concept of “hygge” (pronounced hoo-gah) refers to the ritual of embracing life’s simple pleasures. Feeling relaxed, cozy and surrounded by the warmth of family and friends, in the home or community. ENJOY is highlighting all things Cozy and Creative—Snoozies Slipper Socks, Nordic Wraps, Hello Mello Loungewear, Puzzles, DIY Kits, and more!   Volunteers will be outside Women & Children First Bookstore, 5223 N. Clark St., collecting child-size N95, KN95 and KF95 masks 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday for the North Side Community Face Mask Drive for local schools.  Visit Block Club Chicago for more info about the event.
